Job Description
As a Business Development Manager you will support our expansion efforts mainly in the UK, and internationally where needed. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth and establishing strong relationships with retailers and brands. You will be driving deals from the UK, where you will be working closely together with a Sales Engineer and the SDR team. Importantly, you should be extremely interested in learning the details about the customers we serve, the market, our product and of course in improving your sales skills every single day.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our Sales Development Representatives to qualify leads, book meetings, and manage the pipeline effectively.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant on returns management solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and positioning.
Represent Claimlane at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and offerings.
Identify and target key accounts, retailers, and brands to drive sales growth and revenue generation.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand Claimlane's market presence.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years experience in a similar role and a proven track record of successful B2B sales, preferably in within SaaS in the hospitality & retail industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
Results-orientated mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
Team player with a passion for innovation and driving positive change.
